As a QC Inspector, you will work with circuit boards and small electrical components, performing both visual and mechanical inspections. You will ensure product specifications are met using various measurement tools and equipment, such as microscopes, calipers, x-ray, and vision systems. Your role will involve documenting inspection results and reporting any non-conformances. Collaboration with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues is essential. Maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards is mandatory, as is following standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines. You must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, meeting production targets and throughput needs daily. Attendance at training and implementation of all relevant procedures, including ESD, Housekeeping, First Article, Maintenance, Safety, Test, and Inspection Procedures, IPC-A-610, etc., is required.
