QA Technical Project Manager

**We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and manage our Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. This role involves championing continuous improvement in testing processes, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Team Leadership & Collaboration**
+ Manage and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
+ Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, business partners, and vendors through effective communication and collaboration.
+ **Project & Process Management**
+ Plan, prioritize, and monitor QA activities across multiple projects.
+ Facilitate complex group meetings and information-gathering sessions with IT and business teams.
+ Champion agility and continuous improvement in QA processes.
+ **Quality Assurance & Compliance**
+ Own Quality and Technical Agreements; lead or support supplier/distributor audits and quality review meetings.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements.
+ **Testing & UAT Support**
+ Oversee testing of new development assigned to the QA team.
+ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including obtaining official sign-off for releases ready for UAT and production.
+ Ensure code meets defined product requirements through rigorous testing.
+ **Reporting**
+ Provide detailed weekly and monthly status reports on QA activities and project progress.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
+ 6 years of experience in QA leadership or technical project management roles.
+ 5 years’ experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.
+ 5 years’ experience in QA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO), Postman, and automation frameworks.
+ 5 years’ experience in CI/CD pipelines, performance testing tools, and test data management.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5 years’ experience managing distributed teams and vendor relationships.
+ 5 years’ experience in automation testing, performance testing, and UAT coordination.
+ 5 years’ experience with compliance audits and quality governance processes.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **$63.34 to 65.97 W2.** This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
