Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business field10+ years' experience in quality, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical compounding503a experienceStrong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDeep understanding of quality and compliance processes, including data integrity and software oversightExcellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Job Description

Oversee quality assurance processes, procedures, and team operationsDevelop, implement, and monitor QA metrics, standards, and testing protocolsConduct audits, inspections, and investigations related to quality, non‑conformance, and customer complaintsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed quality into all products and processesTrain, mentor, and support QA staff while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements
