**Job Title: QA/QC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled individual to perform quality control and assurance work on piles, panels, racking, and electrical components for a general contractor on a project. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, proficient with technology such as iPads and computers, and capable of using basic hand and power tools with precision to a tenth of an inch. **Responsibilities** + Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections on piles, panels, racking, and electrical components. + Utilize basic hand and power tools effectively. + Accurately measure using a ruler to a tenth of an inch. + Leverage technology such as iPads and computers for inspection documentation. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in electrical and quality control. + Proficiency in using scanners or computers. + Familiarity with solar and construction quality assurance and control processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification. + Experience in the solar industry. + Strong mechanical aptitude. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to work in the number one projected growth industry in the US, with some potential for overtime (5-10 hours per week). Employees will work 5-6 shifts per week, totaling 40-50 hours, starting daily at 7 AM. The work schedule includes three breaks (morning, lunch, and afternoon). Safety talks will be conducted each morning before starting work. The dress code requires wearing outdoor clothing suitable for the construction site. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Farnham, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
