Work You’ll DoWrite test cases and test scriptsConduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testingSupport developers in resolving defects from testingSupport developers in troubleshooting and resolving any production defectsParticipate in Agile ceremoniesReport on progress and status of testingCreate and maintain any testing documentation, such as test reportsThe Team

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this roleExperience leading QA teams and coordinating testing effortsSkilled in writing test cases and scriptsHands-on with functional, integration, regression, and performance testingFamiliar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure API ManagementCloud testing experience in AzureStrong defect resolution and troubleshooting skillsAgile methodology experience Proficient in test documentation and reporting
Preferred: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks API testing expertise Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing Software testing certifications Knowledge of performance testing tools
