Job Description • Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation for backend systems, APIs, and background processes (primary focus of the role)  • Develop new automation solutions to replace manual workflows and third-party automation tools  • Execute selective manual testing to validate complex scenarios, support new automation, and cover edge cases  • Validate data movement, process flows, and system behavior across integrated components  • Perform limited UI automation and UI validation when required (approximately 10% of the role)  • Collaborate with engineering and QA leadership to understand system design and testing requirements  • Track automation work, test execution, and defects in Azure DevOps Contribute to building a code-driven, automation-first QA practice focused on long-term maintainability and reduced tool dependency We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, test automation, or software development  • Strong Python expertise, including:   ○ Writing production-quality Python code   ○ Building and maintaining automation frameworks and test utilities   ○ Using Python libraries for API calls, response validation, and process testing  • Proven experience in automation-focused QA, with manual testing used to support and validate automation coverage Playwright experience - Azure DevOps
