Job Description A client of Insight Global's is seeking a QA Engineer II to support and advance quality engineering across our application teams. This role is well suited for a mid‑level QA engineer who brings a strong technical foundation, development experience, and an open, adaptable mindset. You will work hands‑on with engineering teams to test modern, AI‑enabled systems, support consistent release execution, and help evolve QA practices in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and eager to grow alongside a fast‑moving organization. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or similar role. Hands‑on software testing experience across the SDLC, supporting structured and reliable releases. Technical background with prior development experience or strong familiarity working within engineering teams. Experience testing or supporting AI‑driven systems, data‑centric applications, or ML‑enabled features. Adaptable mindset with a willingness to evolve processes and avoid rigid or overly prescriptive approaches. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with comfort working closely alongside developers.
