COMPANY BRIEF
Our client, an international company in electrical components, is looking for QA Engineer - Chinese Speaking to manage product quality control and quality system management in Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop product inspection SIP and CP. Implementation, improvement, preparation, and management of ISO system documents. Regularly organize relevant departments to arrange internal audits of the implementation of ISO system documents. Conduct incoming (incoming) inspection, production process inspection, and shipment inspection in accordance with system specifications. Use QC management tools to supervise and prevent production process quality, analyze the causes of defects, and guide improvement and correction. Timely respond and handle customer complaints, write 8D reports, visit customers and maintain good business communication with them. Issue and manage customer samples, engineering samples, workshop first samples, and other samples Maintenance, storage, and regular annual audits of measuring instruments and tools. Ensure that all purchased and outsourced materials comply with national and ROHS/REACH environmental requirements and require suppliers to provide SGS reports and material certificates. JOB REQUIREMENTS Language: Good Chinese (must have), English (nice to have) At least 4 years' working experience, bachelor's degree or above; Experience in quality management of automotive precision components is required. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.; Experience in enterprise management with over 500 employees in the manufacturing industry is preferred;
