QA/Compliance Officer (Investment Bank Data Center, Beijing) Job ID 246337 Posted 05-Jan-2026 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data Centers, Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Beijing - Beijing - China ***必需具备数据中心相关工作经验*** **Overview** • PMO supporting management reporting • Support internal and external management Audits • Consolidate and respond to audit requests • Operational Support on Quality Assurance • Prepare and consolidate Data Centers capacity management reports • Assist in preparing of BAU/ Project budgets **Job Responsibilities and Duties** • PMO support to DC Ops Managers on management reporting • Consolidate KPIs and other statistics for Asia and global reporting • Review documentation and standards and consolidate comments from different teams and individuals for reporting back to requestor in a timely manner • Ability to chase and follow-up people on assignment • Assist EDC ops Managers in preparing budget for BAU Operation and Projects • Prepare management reports such as TFR / READ approval and supporting documents • Organise meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up with responsible person for follow-up actions • Perform quality assurance on data and reports • Work closely with Risk management team on regular internal and external audits • Document auditable evidence to the different teams that the duties within this document have been carried out correctly. • Inform the EDC Ops Manager of any discrepancies or irregularities in the information you have received or generated yourself. • Ensure that the EDC Ops Managers are made aware of any issues that may affect their ability to deliver. • Escalate any issues or concerns related Inventory Database drive issues to the Country EDC Ops Manager in a timely fashion. **Key Skills Required** • Language: Proficient in written English and Chinese, Fluency in spoken Mandarin is required. Business level of spoken English is a plus. • Ability to switch context quickly and work on multiple streams of work concurrently • Ability to identify appropriate stakeholders within and beyond immediate team and work to build and maintain tight network/relationships with them • Strong communication skills – written and verbal, hosting remote conference and video calls • Self-starter able to identify where focus is needed and bring clarity to requirements • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Ability to work with remote teams across Asia • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • To be proficient in the use of a computer, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint. • This post carries no direct budgetary responsibility but a strong sense of financial awareness is required. **Education and qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree level / equivalent • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience • ITIL, PMP certification (preferred) CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
