**_Software Quality Assurance Analyst_** **_Long-term contract_** **_37.5 hour work week_** **_Must be local to Boston/Quincy, MA area_** _Please Note: The work schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. This position is expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on the operational needs of the business._ **_Position Summary:_** _The Software Quality Assurance Analyst (SQA) is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of system testing of simple to complex notices on Common Noticing Solution (CNS). SQA will collaborate with business groups, the software development teams, and peer quality analysts with an Agile mindset to deliver high-quality software solutions on a fast-paced, nimble project. This role will provide hands-on functional testing, regression, and system integration (SIT) testing using scripts, tools, and automated tests. The role is responsible for system testing and publishing test results to the stakeholders. The SQA’s motivation should be to strive for 100% quality and bug-free solutions while facilitating planning, testing, supporting the development and user acceptance testing, and ensuring quality to deliver notices that meet or exceed business needs and expectations. This role directly reports to the CNS director while closely working with CNS QA Lead to support testing._ **_Job Duties and Responsibilities_** + _Consistently uses established testing standards and testing protocols following the test plan to assure quality in testing deliverables._ + _Review and understand notice specifications/functional and technical requirements of noticing solution to ensure that the requirements are testable._ + _Define test scenarios required to validate that the development aligns with the requirements._ + _Develop and deliver test cases – create effective and reusable test scripts based on functional, and technical requirements, and user stories._ + _Perform data setup and execute test cases and report the results._ + _Participate in defect triage meetings/testing touch base meetings, and stand-up calls with business and technical teams as required and provide information about defects and root cause analysis._ + _API/service testing and automation experience using an industry tool (e.g., SOAP UI, Postman, etc.) for verifying/comparing API outputs._ + _Work closely with the QA lead and across program teams to ensure testing completion in line with project deadlines._ + _Performing system integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, positive and negative testing, and accessibility testing._ + _Troubleshooting Production problem tickets/defects and support retesting the fixes to help timely patching of the Production defects._ + _Perform a critical analysis of test results and make recommendations to help project stakeholders make informed decisions._ + _Identify, communicate, and escalate risks and issues._ + _Demonstrate strong participation and support in all phases of SDLC in an Agile manner._ **_EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and QUALIFICATIONS_** + _Bachelor’s Degree_ + _4+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end testing of software/IT applications as a QA Analyst._ + _2+ years of experience supporting a benefits management program’s eligibility management processes._ + _Ability to understand and investigate the structure of various input and output data file formats such as JSON, XML, HTML, etc._ + _Experience working with external applications - specifically in data integration testing._ + _Assist QA Lead in preparing and presenting daily and weekly testing status reports._ + _Ability to effectively communicate findings and discuss with both technical and non-technical sides of the business, articulating issues or needs in a clear and concise manner._ + _Ability to engage and discuss with architects/developers/SMEs, ask questions, and get the information required._ + _Hands-on experience with industry-standard testing supporting tools, including but not limited to, POSTMAN, SOAP UI, and JAWS._ + _Prior experience with any DB query tools such as pgAdmin4, SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar tools._ + _Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar tools._ + _Prior experience working in a healthcare or government setting with a knowledge base in healthcare insurance principles, and eligibility systems, highly desired._ + _Preferred experience with Enterprise Content Management solutions such as OpenText Extream products or similar._ ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
