The Equipment Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped. This role is critical in assuring that orders have been accurately fulfilled before boxes are shipped out, reviewing packing slips, comparing package contents to ensure accuracy, and reporting any anomalies.
ResponsibilitiesReview pack lists to ensure that contents of each order are properly included in each package.Weigh, count, and visually inspect materials to verify part numbers on supplies, materials, and equipment.Determine the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers, and sorting packages accordingly.Pack boxes using various shipping materials and ensure proper labeling and postage are included with each shipment.Maintain levels of shipping materials and notify the appropriate party when supplies are low.Manage packaging inventory including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent.Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients.Collaborate with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages are ready to be sent out.Essential SkillsExperience with QA processes and RF scanners.Proficiency in quality assurance and warehouse packing.At least 1 year of experience in a quality inspection department for electronics.1 year of shipping experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in packaging and use of RF scanners.Attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies.Strong communication skills for client interaction.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team dedicated to precision and quality in the inspection and repair of ATM checkout swipe machines. The work environment is collaborative, focusing on inspection and repair to ensure machines are returned to stores in excellent condition. The role operates on a shift starting at 10 AM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
