PXT Internal Communications Senior Associate

Join the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Product Operations Engagement team to support the Product & Experience and Technology (PXT) community - more than 25,000 professionals across Product, Technology, Design, and Data & Analytics. 

As an Internal Communications Associate, you’ll help drive the adoption of large-scale change initiatives by developing creative assets, crafting impactful messaging and supporting campaign development that build awareness, educate employees, and foster a sense of community across PXT. You’ll work as part of a team focused on campaign strategy, messaging, content creation, and employee engagement. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of communications and engagement activities and learn from experienced leaders. If you are someone who is organized and visually strong, comfortable managing multiple initiatives, and skilled at turning complex ideas into clear, actionable communications, then this is the role for you.

Job Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of internal communications plans for change initiativesCreate and update PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and visual assets using existing templates and brand standardsMaintain and update campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables in Monday.comReview plans and milestones to help ensure teams are prepared for upcoming deadlinesDraft initial versions of communications content, including emails, presentations, and supporting materials, for review and refinementHelp translate complex initiatives into clear, audience-appropriate messaging and visualsPublish and maintain content in Confluence and other internal platformsSupport employee engagement activities such as surveys, feedback collection, and occasional meeting or forum preparationCollect and help interpret basic communications metrics, such as email open and click-through rates, attendance, and engagement feedbackCollaborate with cross-functional partners while remaining primarily focused on campaign development and execution work

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related roleStrong PowerPoint skills, including layout, clarity, and visual organizationExperience working with project plans, timelines, or task-tracking toolsAbility to draft clear content and incorporate feedback effectivelyStrong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple prioritiesAbility to work in a matrixed environment with evolving needs

 Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience using Monday.com, Confluence, or similar toolsFamiliarity with collecting or reviewing basic communications or engagement metricsExposure to internal change initiatives, employee communications, or engagement effortsFamiliarity with Agile ways of working or tools such as Jira is a plus, but not requiredA portfolio or work samples demonstrating PowerPoint or internal communications work may be requested
