Job Title: Purchasing Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description

This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain operations, particularly within the CPG, retail, or distribution sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and materials.

ResponsibilitiesSource and negotiate with international suppliers to secure favorable terms.Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.Conduct demand planning and forecasting to align supply chain activities with business needs.Utilize Excel to analyze data and create pivot tables for inventory control.Prepare and manage purchase orders and material planning.Provide excellent customer service and support for internal teams.Essential Skills2-4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Experience with sourcing and working with international suppliers.Ability to conduct demand planning and forecasting.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment

The company is in the startup phase and seeks an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a 'whatever it takes' mentality. The role is 100% onsite, located in Glassboro, NJ, with work hours from 9am to 5pm. Candidates can anticipate significant overtime (10-15 hours per week).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
