Description
\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Purchasing Supervisor oversees daily purchasing operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, supplies, and services. This role manages vendor relationships, negotiates pricing and contracts, monitors inventory levels, and ensures purchasing compliance with company policies. The Purchasing Supervisor partners with operations and finance to support budget and inventory needs while driving efficiency and continuous improvement within the purchasing function.

\n\t\t\t\t\tSupport process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the purchasing function\nAssist with vendor performance analysis and reporting\nContribute to cross‑functional projects involving operations, finance, or inventory planning\nProvide backup or support for system enhancements and documentation efforts\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles\nExperience in manufacturing, regulated, or fast‑paced environments strongly preferred\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability for purchasing outcomes\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nProfessional communication style with vendors and internal stakeholders\nEthical decision‑making and adherence to company policies and standards\nAdaptability and a proactive approach to problem solving\nERP or inventory management system support experience\nExposure to cost analysis, forecasting, or supply planning\nFamiliarity with nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries\nProcess documentation or continuous improvement experience\nPrior supervisory or informal team‑lead responsibilities

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
