Our client, **a global leader in industrial automation and digitalization** , is seeking a **Repair Order Coordinator** to join their team. As a **Repair Order Coordinator** , you will be part of the **Supply Chain Operations** department supporting the **Materials Program Management and Planning Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **attention to detail** , and **problem-solving abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Repair Order Coordinator
**Location:** Onsite
**Pay Range:** $32.00/hr
**What’s the Job?**
+ Coordinate RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) with suppliers for timely repair returns
+ Create and manage return purchase orders
+ Communicate delays and risks to internal teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
+ Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and quality teams to resolve supply issues
+ Monitor supplier performance and escalate delivery risks
**What’s Needed?**
+ Experience in supply chain, procurement, or order management
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to analyze KPIs and drive improvements
+ Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier coordination
+ Compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
