Responsibilities: • Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with organizational goals and budget requirements. • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms with vendors. • Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely procurement and avoid supply chain disruptions. • Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings. • Collaborate with internal departments to meet their material and supply needs. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all procurement activities. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier evaluations. • Address and resolve any issues related to supplier performance or delivery delays. • Continuously assess and improve purchasing processes to enhance efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in purchasing management or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of procurement practices and supplier evaluation. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions. • Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain operations. • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
