The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of essential materials and services to support production operations. This role involves managing purchase orders, supplier performance, inventory adjustments, and ERP data entry while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The Purchasing Manager will lead a small team and significantly contribute to the company's growth and success.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the procurement of raw materials, chemicals, subcontracted services, capital equipment, tools, and administrative supplies.Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to maintain strong vendor relationships.Make inventory adjustments and manage ERP data entry.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Lead and manage a team, including a buyer reporting directly to you.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in purchasing.5+ years of high-level management experience.Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).Strong skills in supply chain and procurement management.Experience in money handling and supplier management.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo degree required.High-level decision-making capabilities.Experience with purchase order (PO) processes.Proficiency in buyer reporting.Work Environment

The role requires being seated for approximately 90% of the day, with no lifting or moving of items required. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $63.00/hr.
