Join Our Team as a Purchasing Manager!

The Purchasing Manager supports project engineering managers by handling ERP tasks, material buyouts, and financial reporting. This role manages and tracks orders and invoices across multiple projects while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the primary liaison for vendors and internal teams.Placing orders, tracking deliveries, and processing invoices.Managing production and purchase sequencing in the Compass ERP system for operational visibility and accurate financial reporting.

Requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and in-depth knowledge of Compass ERP and Business Intelligence tools.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years relevant work experience, including 2+ years in buildings or constructionProficient with Order Management Systems (ERP, purchasing systems) and related processes.Strong communication and time management skillsAbility to build and maintain effective team relationshipsOrganizational agility and a proactive, ownership-driven approachCompetent in Microsoft Office and problem-solving
