Direct Hire position$85,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Purchasing Coordinator role is primarily responsible for coordinating contracts and payment of trade contractors during the construction process. This includes managing the bid list and bid packages, subcontractor negotiation and awards, contract creation, managing change orders, option pricing, and subcontractor lists to support the successful operations of the construction team.
Proof contracts, change orders, option pricing, and bid packages.Contract creation, execution, and processing.Generating and releasing notice to proceeds for all subcontractors.Preparation, distribution, tracking and maintenance of contract bid packages.Collaborate with field, sales, design, and operations teams on process improvement.Preparation, distribution, tracking and maintenance of subcontractor lists.Manage work assignments while ensuring process meets assigned timelines.Manage supplier relationships and assist in resolving issues and conflicts related to daily trade partner activities.Purchasing Coordinator (residential construction) Qualifications:
1-3 years in a purchasing, contracts or options role in residential construction or at a home builderProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with JD Edwards, Studio Chateau, Procore and/or DocuSign a plusDetail orientedEnjoys fast paced environments and able to multi-taskWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
