Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing invoices, conducting physical inventory audits, and supporting administrative tasks. You will also play a crucial role in purchasing repair parts and coordinating orders within the company.
Responsibilities
Create invoices using QuickBooks and ensure they are processed from start to finish.Enter invoice information into the FNS Tracker system.Submit invoices into customer supply chain software programs.Purchase repair parts using online resources and provided email contacts.Perform physical inventory audits and update the internal Tracker system.Support administrative tasks and purchasing duties as needed.Assist the management team with additional duties.Help with printing labels and managing filing, faxing, and scanning paperwork.Review orders and coordinate with other departments for processing.Communicate with customers when necessary.Essential Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks.3+ years of experience in procurement and administrative roles.Basic proficiency in Excel.Strong computer skills, including typing and Outlook.Experience in data entry and data input.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with invoicing and purchase orders.Time management skills.Strong administrative abilities.Work Environment
The role is based in an office setting with a cubicle setup. Equipment is provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
