Your Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Tendering: Execute the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for industrial equipment, machine tools, and manufacturing lines. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing global and local partners. Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including price, payment terms, warranty, and service level agreements. Contract Management: Draft and finalize legal contracts and purchase orders in compliance with corporate guidelines. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Investment team and Production Managers to understand technical specifications and project timelines. Market Analysis: Monitor global market trends for raw materials and industrial technology to mitigate risks and identify saving opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accuracy in SAP and provide regular updates on project budgets, savings, and procurement KPIs. Your Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial Purchasing, procurement, specifically handling CAPEX or technical investments. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SAP (MM module) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of technical drawings and industrial manufacturing processes (specifically related to bearings or automotive components is a plus). Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of German is a significant advantage. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation tactics, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
