Contract position$50.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)Archive and maintain contracts, agreements, and related procurement documentation with accuracy and consistency.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track payment schedules and ensure timely processing.Support sourcing and procurement activities, including system updates and supplier documentation.Maintain organized records within procurement systems and spreadsheets.Assist the procurement team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.Purchasing Associate Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and procurement systems such as Coupa and SAP.Ability to work 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and multiple priorities.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
