Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interim Purchasing/Buyer to join our team. This fully exclusive role is open due to a backlog and increasing workload, offering the opportunity to significantly contribute to our purchasing operations.
ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing activities including creation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).Utilize Epicor and Excel extensively for daily tasks.Handle manual entry for POs related to non-part numbers.Support various departments including supplies, maintenance, and more.Oversee Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and ensure accurate tracking.Process NCRs manually as needed.Manage MRO and VMI Purchase Orders.Collaborate with a small, dynamic team in a supportive and hardworking environment.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience in Purchasing and PO management.Proficiency in Epicor (mandatory).Strong Excel skills.Familiarity with VMI and MRO processes.Ability to support cross-functional departments.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a dynamic and collaborative team environment is a plus.Work Environment
The role requires working collaboratively with a small, dynamic team in a supportive and hardworking environment. The use of Epicor and Excel is extensive, and the ability to manage manual entries and support cross-functional departments is essential.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
