Job Title: Purchasing Administrator Job Description Join an innovative team as a Construction Purchasing Administrator supporting the Pre-Construction Team on key project deliverables for 2025. This role involves data entry, product specification, administrative documentation, and regular communication with vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities + Entry of cost data into formatted tables, spreadsheets, and catalogs. + Request and organize documentation from vendors and suppliers digitally. + Use Google software to create impactful catalogs of building product programs. + Collaborate with the Director of Pre-Construction on regular updates and deadlines. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or administrative roles. + Vendor payments experience. + Proficiency in ADP/bookkeeping. + Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and report status regularly. + Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. + Knowledge of construction materials. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ year of experience with Sage CRE and/or ProCore software. + Previous construction estimating experience. + Spanish proficiency. + Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. + Ability to manage large scopes of work on multiple projects. Work Environment The role is based at the Austin, TX campus, reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction. It is an office-based position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. This is a stable opportunity within a dynamic startup in the 3D home building construction space. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
