This individual will support refinery, chemical, and industrial operations, handling complex mechanical systems while leading crews on critical maintenance and repair projects.ResponsibilitiesPerform full teardown, inspection, rebuild, and reassembly of pumps and rotating equipment per specificationsTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair various pump systems, blowers, motors, and multistage conveyor systemsConduct precision alignments, vibration testing, and failure analysisInspect rotors, headplates, and critical components using precision measurement toolsMaintain and troubleshoot conveyors, fin fans, belt presses, extruders, and related mechanical equipmentLead crews on preventative maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and shutdownsEnsure strict compliance with safety protocols and job-site requirementsMinimize equipment downtime through proactive diagnostics and root-cause troubleshootingComplete required documentation and reports accurately and timelyTravel to job sites as required by project needsQualifications and RequirementsExtensive experience as a Pump Mechanic and Millwright in industrial environmentsStrong background in refinery, chemical, or heavy industrial operationsProven hands-on experience with rotating equipment and pump systemsDemonstrated leadership experience leading field crews and maintenance teamsStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and follow mechanical drawings, specs, and proceduresCommitment to safety, quality, and reliabilityWillingness and ability to travel as requiredReliable transportation and stable work historyBenefits and PerksPay rate based on experienceMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceWeekly Pay401(k) eligibilityOvertime opportunitiesLong-term career growth and stabilityYour New OrganizationJoin a respected industrial services organization known for its commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
