Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician specializing in pumps within an industrial environment. You will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, repairing, and diagnosing pumps to meet customer requirements and adhere to OEM standards. This role includes inspecting and recording component measurements using various instruments, tools, and gauges, and providing comprehensive inspection reports. Additionally, you will determine the root cause of failures and operate dynamic balancing equipment, performing final testing and inspections.
ResponsibilitiesService and repair pumps in an industrial setting.Assemble and disassemble pumps according to OEM standards.Diagnose pump issues and determine root cause of failures.Inspect and record component measurements using precision tools.Provide detailed inspection reports.Operate dynamic balancing equipment.Perform final testing and inspections.Essential SkillsProficiency in pump assembly and mechanical operations.Ability to interpret blueprints.Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with rotating equipment.3-5 years of experience working with pumps and rotating pieces of equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExtensive knowledge of hand tools, precision measuring and testing equipment, and machine shop equipment.Ability to work overtime.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
