The role provides specialized assistance to the Sales Team by troubleshooting customer issues, evaluating applications, and ensuring accurate pumps and motor sizing. This individual works closely with Sales, Customers, Production, and Marketing to diagnose problems, develop solutions, and maintain technical documentation. The position also supports coordination on R&D priorities and technical initiatives, helping ensure accurate product information and seamless communication across the organization. Responsibilities: Support Sales in instances where additional troubleshooting/expertise is required to meet customer expectations in a timely manner.Act as a liaison between Sales/Production for troubleshooting – primarily on DU builds but also assist on electrical/technical support for vendor lines.Facilitate and manage the manual creation/maintenance process for DU builds. Coordinate with Market Division Heads/Production Manager on company priorities regarding R&D, manual creation, technical support  Qualifications and Requirements: Associate’s degree is preferred.CAD, 2D line drawings, 3D Design preferred.Two years of sales experience preferred.Fluid Handling/Hydraulic Flow, pump Experience preferred. Electrical Fundamentals Experience preferred.
