Position Summary

Collaborate with Operations and Finance to input, output, and record materials; review, record, and ensure production jobs are closed; conduct physical inventories on Work in Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods; review inventory and variance accuracy including but not limited to physical inventory and production jobs.

Job Functions Monitor, analyze, and complete production job paperwork; report and close production jobs; collaborate with production to correct discrepancies; gather information and/or conduct cycle counts. Compare, check, and communicate job yields and standard yield requirements; ensure material inputs and outputs are recorded before job closure. Work closely with Production; train new associates in the Data Collection process within the ERP system. Conduct physical inventories on WIP and Finished Goods; review product accuracy. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills. Proven organization skills, including the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines through effective prioritization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Results‑oriented with a strong performance record. Preferred Qualifications Experience utilizing ERP systems (SAP, Great Plains, etc.). Manufacturing and/or inventory experience.
