Position Summary

Provide administrative support for the assigned Talent & Culture department.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain employment records for terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions. Coordinate FMLA and employee leave processes, including documentation and tracking. Process benefit changes and manage new employee benefit enrollment in SAP. Conduct exit interviews and manage off-boarding procedures. Prepare employment verification reports and ensure I-9 compliance. Respond to and process unemployment claims. Coordinate employee meetings and events, including Open Enrollment, 401(k) sessions, wellness programs, and Health Fairs. Administer employee recognition programs and service awards. Manage attendance warnings for hourly employees. Schedule and track training participation. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. Two (2) years of Human Resources experience. SAP HR systems experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines with accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel – advanced skills).
