PUDO Attendant

Our client, an autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a PUDO Attendant to join their team. As a PUDO Attendant, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Zoox Employee Riders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PUDO Attendant
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $25/hour
Shifts: Sun- Thu 11:30am-8pm OR Fri-Tue 7am-3:30pm

What’s the Job?

Serve as the in-person point of contact for Zoox employee riders Greet and authenticate passengers using badge scanners Hail Zoox vehicles between designated locations Provide service status updates and assist during disruptions or emergencies Perform light crowd control and communicate with cross-ops teams via Slack or Radio.

What’s Needed?

2+ years of customer service or customer-facing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused mindset Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing business needs
