Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Publications Coordinator 4 to join our facility located in Melbourne, FL. If you have a strong background in print production, are a strategic thinker, and thrive as a collaborative communicator in a dynamic work environment, we’re looking for you.

Roles and Responsibilities: Determine project requirements and select appropriate paper or other mediums based on reproduction request. Operate large production printing and peripheral equipment. Informs management and stakeholders on project needs, materials, and timeline. Maintains production logs and cost data for project scheduling, budgeting, and billing. Good interpersonal skills required with an ability to interact with customers in a professional manner via phone, email and in person. Attention to accuracy and detail is a must with the ability to work under pressure as a team or an individual in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Operates large production copiers, scanners, plotters, punching and binding equipment, paper cutter, photo printer, and laminatorGather all production details and requirements, and schedule actions needed to meet customer’s deadlineSelects appropriate paper and other mediums based on reproduction requestsPackage finished jobs for customersCoordinates shipment of finished jobs when requiredEnsure high-quality products are produced in a timely mannerProvide feedback to management and business management on materials and services necessary to maintain Print CenterPerforms minor maintenance on machines when necessaryMaintain stock and order suppliesCoordinate with vendors and suppliersPerforms all other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experienceCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program AccessGood interpersonal skills required with an ability to interact with “customers” in a professional manner via phone, email and in personMicrosoft office suiteAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift and carry heavy objects (i.e., 60 lb. cases of paper)Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of timeAbility to handle confidential proprietary materialsAbility to work independently and as a team playerAttention to accuracy and detail and follow both written and oral instructionsServes as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issuesAbility to work overtime as neededAbility to travel between two local print center locations based upon needU.S. Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience of copy center operationsMicrosoft office and Adobe suite software with some graphic arts experience, and familiarity with SharePointExperience working with the military, defense industry or government a plusExperience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization

Salary Range: $55,800.00 - $93,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
