About the Role:
Management and engagement of residents and public queries, feedback and complaintsManage press queries and print/social mediaCoordinate community events and provide event management support to property teamsOrganize Town Council events (involving 1,000 to 2,000 participants) and private events involving 100 to 200 participantsLiaison with various stakeholders including Residents’ Committees, Grassroots Organizations, Government Agencies and Contractors to ensure corporate and client’s image are improvedAttend all relevant site meetingsProduce print/online media and collaterals for public engagementPerform PR/Customer Service support to property teams and to assist CSO if requiredAssist the PR Manager on special projects as required by Town CouncilAbout You:
