What You’ll Do:

Deliver hands-on physical therapy services to patients with diverse rehabilitative and functional needs.Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and the care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.Assist in providing therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive equipment training, and activities to improve daily living skills.Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, home modifications, and techniques to enhance independence and safety.Ensure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, therapy guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Louisiana1+ year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferredBLS requiredStrong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient careCompassionate, team-oriented mindset
