The #1 Priority of this position is…

Ensure that all floors in the public areas of the building (marble, carpet, tile) are kept clean and presentable.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 
According to schedule & Palace cleaning procedures ensure that: 

Public areas floorings are buffed & burnished Carpets are cleaned & shampooed Remove trash

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting. Must be able to operate buffing and waxing machine. Ability to speak, read & write English is required. Spanish preferred. A high school degree or equivalent is preferred. 

The Ideal Candidate

Responsible, outgoing, punctual, quick on the feet and resourceful.  Flexible as to work schedule. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays & in emergencies. Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.  Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
