Summary:
Responsible for the day to day operation and direct supervision of all activities within the BLVD and Main brew pub. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges. Supervise staff and staffing levels. Ensure the operational effectiveness of the outlet involving profitability, hours of operation, performance standards, and guest dining experience at a level consistent with a brew pub environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist the venue General Manager with the tactical execution of strategic initiatives under the direction of division leadership Establish standards of service within assigned department(s) and ensure achievement Monitor and control labor within the department while maintaining adequate coverage in the department based on business demands Establish and oversee standards of service and ensure they are properly maintained Formulates training outlines as needed for job standards to ensure all employees understand and have the skills to provide quality internal and external guest service Review and research room financial reports, including reviewing the monthly profit and loss statements and payroll to ensure monthly budget requirements are achieved Ensure the venue is clean, organized and properly functioning and that restaurant equipment is maintained Ensures health, safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times, in compliance with company and health department standards and regulations Remain knowledgeable of daily house count, VIPs, scheduled on-property events and activities Document pertinent information in department logbook Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
