Complete DX assessments Completes and recommends monthly therapy and consultant hoursPrescribes medication accordingly and collaborating with pharmacies Observes, records and reports PWS condition, reactions to prescribing medications, including PRNs. Completes trainings and provide education to staff on medications, symptoms, side effects etc.Reviews previous and current documentation, including discharge paperworkReview EMARDocument in Digital Agency and Behavior AgencyCollaborates with stakeholders including CCL, DDS and Regional CentersCollaborates with medical personnel such as RN's, MD's, Social Workers, Psychologist and Psychiatrist in hospital or inpatient settingsEnsure best practices and provide discussions for the PWS with YAI RN's, Social Workers and QBMPs. Attends House Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Clinical Rounds, and IBSPs. Triage emergency and/or non-emergency phone calls
