Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

We are a mission‑driven behavioral health organization dedicated to delivering integrated, person‑centered care. We're seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team and provide high‑quality psychiatric and addiction‑focused services. This hybrid role includes 2 days remote and 3 days on-site each week.

Requirements:

ANCC‑certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Massachusetts with 2+ years of experienceMaster's Degree in Nursing and active Massachusetts NP licenseValid DEA registration with Schedule III authorityExperience treating individuals with mental health, substance use, dual diagnosis, and co‑occurring disorders

Job Description:

Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for individuals with mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring conditionsConduct mental status exams, addiction assessments, medical screenings, medication reviews, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planningPrescribe and monitor psychiatric and addiction‑related medications under the supervision of the Medical DirectorProvide psychopharmacology and addiction medicine services using a flexible, "no four walls" approach when clinically indicatedServe as a key member of the team, ensuring timely access to stabilization services, medication support, and crisis intervention when neededCollaborate closely with integrated care teams and external providers to ensure coordinated, person‑centered treatmentParticipate in multidisciplinary case reviews, offering consultation and training to clinical staffMaintain accurate, timely documentation and billing in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards
