Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team to provide integrated psychiatric services to established CMH patients. Our Primary Care clinics offer a beautiful work environment where you will be able to work with adult and youth patients with a range of mental health and substance use disorders. Practice Details + Community-based ambulatory practice where you will provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services + Partner with established primary care providers to provide psychiatric services to adult and youth clients. + Mix of new and follow-up patients. + Medical Assistant support to coordinate client care, assist with insurance pre-authorization, and caseload management. Required Qualifications + Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. + Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. + Must have or acquire an unrestricted state of Oregon license. + Possess a current, valid, unrestricted DEA with an x-designation. + American Heart Association BLS or ACLS certification + Two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, preferred.
