Fairview is looking for a Psychiatric Associate to join our outstanding Behavioral Float Pool BERT team (Behavioral Emergency Response Team)! All Psych Associates and RNs report to a nurse manager. The Behavioral Health department includes child/adolescents, adults, and seniors
This role is approved for 48 hours, every two weeks on the night shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am), working 12 hour shifts, every third weekend with a variable schedule.
The Psychiatric Associate is responsible for the delivery of patient care and promotion of a therapeutic environment as delegated by and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse so that goals and objectives of treatment are achieved on each unit as assigned.
