Salary: $180k-200k+/yr based on experience LaSante Health Center is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient psychiatric services in an FQHC setting. Responsibilities: + Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management + Diagnose and treat mental health conditions + Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams + Provide patient education and follow-up care + Document encounters in the EHR Qualifications: + Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New York State + Board certification required + Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
