PSG Analyst - Hybrid / Boston, MA A global professional services organization is seeking an experienced analyst to support compensation and financial operations for senior-level employees. This role involves managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal processes across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Assist with compensation-related calculations and reportingPrepare and track payment schedules in alignment with established guidelinesReview and analyze data to support operational processes and decision-makingCollaborate with internal teams on cross-functional projects and initiativesMaintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations (global experience preferred)Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or automation tools a plus
