Provider Operations Specialist
Job Title: Immediate Operations Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in managing daily interactions with providers and oversee service request hubs, including Need Provider, Emergency Requests, and White Glove items. This position is essential for handling emergency claims and ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities + Arrange with appropriate network and non-network providers to complete claims that cannot be automatically dispatched. + Process provider inquiries and assist with special handling claims and service follow-up. + Handle both inbound and outbound calls, manage provider paperwork, and maintain provider profiles. + Coordinate with other teams to ensure workflow and queue management. + Develop and nurture relationships with key vendors, customers, and team members. + Engage daily with potential new leads, offering impeccable support. + Document and track various activities and requests in company systems. + Adhere to policies and procedures for daily tasks. + Find providers to service claims when no in-network provider is available. + Respond to email inquiries and interpret contract language related to enrollments, contracts, and agreements. + Facilitate emergency or urgent work orders by coordinating with both customers and contractors. + Research and negotiate one-time agreements with contractors not under agreement. + Dispatch work orders following established guidelines. + Proactively review open claims and follow up with contractors. + Respond promptly to emails regarding the status of open claims. + Prepare and respond to data requests and execute work orders, service orders, and error reports. Essential Skills + Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. + Customer service orientation and experience in operations coordination. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to anticipate and embrace change. + Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High-volume claims experience or claims processing knowledge. + Experience with invoice processing and entry. + Knowledge of home systems repair methods. + Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills. + Self-driven with the ability to thrive independently. Work Environment The role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7am to 6:30pm. You may be required to work overtime during peak seasons, especially during abnormal weather conditions. Dress code is casual, reflecting the dynamic and collaborative work atmosphere.Immeidate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
