Provider Network Manager
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Provider Network Manager to join their team. As a Provider Network Manager, you will be part of the Network Management Department supporting various healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Provider Network Manager **Location:** Sit in Montana **What's the Job?** + Analyze, review, and project financial impacts of network arrangements. + Develop and maintain cost-efficient networks and identify areas for greater efficiency. + Implement reimbursement strategies designed to control healthcare costs. + Prepare and present financial performance reports on assigned networks to leadership. + Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and providers. **What's Needed?** + 6 years of experience in provider contract/network management or relevant experience. + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. + Strong negotiation and contract management skills. + Ability to analyze financial data and recommend innovative payment methodologies. + Excellent communication skills for presentations and stakeholder engagement.
