Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support members and providers This role involves making outbound calls to healthcare providers to verify availability and maintain accurate provider records across multiple systems, including Stoplight, Relationship Manager, and Smart Front End. The ideal candidate will document all interactions thoroughly and ensure members are connected with appropriate benefits and external resources. Additionally, this position may support case managers account executives by addressing network and provider availability concerns, correcting misinformation provided to members, and conducting outreach calls as needed.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience within a call center.
Experience using Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of healthcare experience.
Previous background in mental health or human services is highly desirable.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a social, psychological, or human service field is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
