Your role:

Responsible for leading prototype process implementation and product launches from DV through Pre-PV, ensuring production readiness for optical products. Provide day-to-day manufacturing support, coordinates cross-functional activities, and drives design process and quality improvements. Acts as key technical interface between engineering, manufacturing, and customers, ensuring schedule adherence, documentation and KPI tracking.

Your responsibilities:  

Support product launches  from DV and Pre PV.

Lead/manage/execute Prototype process implementation of “Product Line” products based on BIF demands.

Provide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ1-equipment upgrade and spare parts.

Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc).

Work with PRS on Prototype coordination and manage task schedule for related prototype processes defined by EGM MFGE Industrialization.

Provide feedback to customers and MFGE towards design improvements, observations and issues on early stages of the product development for Optical products.

AOI Mid knowledge of images projection.

Ensure compliance with schedule and document availability prior build planning from engineering and PjM.

Prepare build report for each proto build including KPI’s reporting and observation reports.

Report Process and Aids for Process improvements internal.

Good communication skills.

Your Background:

Minimum 5 years on Optical applications. (AOI preferably)

Control Plan Verification

Project management solving skills

Business fluent English capabilities.

Energetic and self-motivated, proactive working team skills.

Work under pressure.

Strong Problem solving capabilities.

Equipment - Strain Measurements.
