Position: Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO)
Location: 1891 West County Rd C Roseville, MN 55113
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000/year pending experience
Incentives: $10,000 Bonus
NovaCare Prosthetics and Orthotics outpatient center is now hiring a compassionate and driven ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO), Certified Prosthetist (CP), or Certified Orthotist (CO). American Board Certified (ABC) certification in Orthotics or the completion of a Residency Program in Orthotics/Prosthetics (Board Eligible) is required to be considered for this opportunity. Assists physicians with the evaluation and analysis of the patient’s need for orthotic/prosthetic services. Ensures proper patient management is consistent with established practices for orthotic/prosthetic care. Identifies and reconciles issues/problems to ensure patient satisfaction with devices provided. Ensures highest standards of patient care are provided to all patients, including but not limited to adequate follow-up with patients and physicians. Reviews new techniques and materials to ensure the widest range of flexibility and services offered. Maintains accurate documentation to clearly define goals, issues and solutions for each patient. Meets with physicians, case managers and other referral sources to market orthotics/prosthetics services and capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited college or university from a recognized Orthotics and Prosthetics school.American Board Certified (ABC) certification in Orthotics/Prosthetics required.Minimum of two (2) years experience in providing prosthetic and orthotic services under the supervision of a certified practitioner.
