Job Title: Proposal SpecialistJob Description We are seeking a Proposal Specialist to join a large general contractor's marketing team, based in Seattle. This team is a collaborative, cross-regional group that produces high-quality branded materials and supports companywide communications. The role requires creativity, precision, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Occasional travel for collaboration and training is expected. Responsibilities + Develop and design proposal responses using Adobe Creative Suite. + Produce both printed and digital deliverables. + Participate in pursuit strategy sessions, storyboarding, and proposal meetings. + Create interview materials and presentations. + Manage timelines, content coordination, and communication with pursuit teams. + Maintain marketing databases and assist with broader team projects. Essential Skills + 2+ years of direct proposal writing experience. + Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite. + Strong writing, editing, and communication capabilities. + Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high-quality output. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience within the AEC (architecture, engineering & construction) industry is highly preferred. + Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent experience. + Proficiency with MS Office 365 and MacOS. + A competitive work ethic. Work Environment This position is primarily office-based in Seattle's Georgetown area, with remote flexibility allowing for four days in-office and the opportunity for flexible four-day weeks, depending on workload.
