The Proposal & Marketing Coordinator will support business development and marketing efforts across the organization. This includes assisting with proposal responses, preparing presentation materials, conducting market research, and maintaining marketing collateral and databases. The role also involves coordinating logistics for events and supporting external communications.
ResponsibilitiesAssist management in developing business development plansCoordinate responses to RFQs, RFPs, and Sources Sought, including technical reviews and qualification documentsPrepare client interview and presentation materials (e.g., banners, boards, handouts, PowerPoint, Prezi)Conduct marketing research to support pursuit strategies and suggest PR topicsMaintain project experience sheets, team resumes, project photography, and marketing collateralAssist in developing brochures, newsletters, email blasts, and case studiesMonitor client sectors to identify potential leads and report findings to the Director of Business DevelopmentCollect and share industry and market intelligence with staff and managementManage CRM databases and perform related administrative tasksAssist with tracking and coordination of government and commercial RFP sitesEvaluate trade associations and professionals for potential business impactMaintain website and social media content, including photography and articlesTrack speaker participation and recommend conference and tradeshow attendancePlan and coordinate logistics for conferences, meetings, and trade showsAssist with research and preparation of award submissionsMaintain active memberships in relevant professional organizationsRepresent the company at 5–7 externally sponsored, industry-relevant events annuallyPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience3–4 years of experience in proposals or business developmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to conduct webinars using Teams, Zoom, or WebexEffective communication and listening skillsAbility to work in a team environment and provide customer servicePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/hr.
