Position Summary

Set up projects in proposal software (Loopio) including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 24 of receiving the request from the proposal directorApply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writerCommunicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.Complete final proposal edits in proposal software.Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.

Required Qualifications

Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.1-3 years experience communicating and negotiating across the business lines.Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare experience or knowledge is an asset.RFP project management experience.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
