This Position reports to:
Operations Manager
工作职责：
和销售紧密合作，寻找项目机会，深入了解并分析客户的需求，评估其可行性并输出有竞争力的解决方案，最终完成签单；
负责各类连接工艺的应用测试，包括各类焊接，拉铆等连接工艺，能够有效地解决客户需求；
按公司财务目标，负责项目方案的成本核算、风险评估，和项目进度规划，起草并和客户达成技术协议一致；
负责跟进签单后的项目执行，直至完成签收交付客户使用，期间需协助项目组按合同约定的交付时间实现技术协议中的所有技术目标，并参与解决项目中出现的工艺问题，包括焊接缺陷分析，焊接工艺/节拍优化等；
负责寻找和筛选合适的第三方合作伙伴，参与项目的方案和实施。在方案期间，作为统一窗口人和客户对接；在项目执行中，协助项目经理管理合作伙伴的交付质量。
岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，材料科学与工程、焊接技术与工程相关专业，机械及自动化相关专业；
5年以上各类焊接工艺方案的工作经验，熟悉各类汽车焊装或工业焊接及自动化设备；
对焊接参数有一定认知及调整能力，对焊接机理及材料相互作用的原理有深入理解，熟练掌握焊接结果分析，包含熔池金相分析,硬度以及焊接缺陷分析；
具备工艺设计综合能力；
能够进行简易夹具设计；
具有英语口语和书写沟通能力；
有机器人自动化焊接行业经验者优先。
